vii) Select any of our readymade designs
viii) Buy the products of your choice
ix) Select the quantity and sizes (applicable to some products) at the buy product section.
x) It will be added to your shopping cart.

We have tied up with leading courier companies. Our time for shipping time for every product  will include the time spent on processing your order too. Shipping time is different for different products as mentioned below :
Following are the detailed timelines for order delivery from our courier company:-

Note: Business days are counted from Monday through Saturday. We will mail you automated notifications as soon as the order leaves for dispatch to your address. This will help you track your order with the courier company.

Track your order: You can keep a track of the movement of your order through the online tracking mechanism provided by our courier company by the help of tracking number sent to you upon the order being dispatched.

Consignment number is issued by our courier company. This is the number under which the product has left for your destination. The consignment number can be used as the consignment/tracking number. An email bearing the consignment number is sent out to you.

Our credit card and net banking transactions are processed by E Billing Solutions Pvt Ltd.over secure  and encrypted connection.

Our bankers are Bank Of India, Powai Branch, Mumbai. You can deposit your cheque into any of the branches of Bank of India, our account number: 013220110000180 in your city.

Once you have deposited the cheque, you can intimate us the cheque details and we will cross verify with our bankers to process your order further.

Once you register with us you automatically become a member of our fan club. We will constantly keep you posted via email on our various fan club promotions. You can use these coupons next time you buy any product at the time of final buying page. Punch in the promotion code and the billing will be done in discounted value. Individual guidelines will be shared with you in the email.

We adhere to a strict policy of not disclosing / sharing of any personal and or financial information involving our customers (Read our Privacy Policy). Data created on our web site is on firewall protected servers with the key data stored in encrypted form.

Use youdesign is your platform to showcase your creativity. We are pleased to host your content free of cost and we don’t charge any money to exhibit the designs created by you on our exclusive website. We believe that creativity should be exhibited in a taste full manner which will enhance the creative effort. We also believe in sharing our resources with you, which enable you to generate royalty income every time your design is sold. We encourage our users to rate the designs hosted on our web site, thus encouraging you to create more appealing designs as per the feedback from our buyers. We are an exclusive website offering value services to our customers. We request all our affiliate members, to please create and upload only exclusive designs, which are not copied from or shared with any other service provider with the same business model as youdesign.

We will review every design that has been shared with us on the same day it has been emailed to us. Once the design meets our approval it will be uploaded in 4 working days. The day your design is exhibited we will intimate you about the same. If for any reason your design doesn’t meet our standards we will intimate you about the same by return email.

We make payments for all the royalty earned in that month by the 10th of the following month, subject to income tax deductions at source. As soon the order for your design in processed, we credit your account with us with the royalty earned, to enable you to view the same from My Account interface. If the total amount of royalty earned is more than Rs 100 /-,in a month we will issue a cheque for the entire amount in to you. If the total is less than Rs 100 /-, we will carry over the royalty amount into the next month.

When you share your design with us, we upload a low resolution image on to your design page to be viewed by our customers. We have disabled downloading of any image by an internet browser by right click. We have taken all reasonable precaution to safe guard your designs. Our entire data base is stored in a firewall protected server environment and control access to the server. Key management team members have access to your original design inputs. We fully acknowledge that all the designs uploaded are your intellectual property and we will do endeavor all possible actions to safe guard your designs.

Ours is a web site visited by a wide array of people with different ethnicities and values. We ensure that our web site offers an enthralling experience to our customers, which is safe, and devoid of content with is malicious, pirated, obscene, sexually explicit and or offensive to any individual person or group of people in terms of culture, religion, race or gender. Only when the designs meet our quality standards we allow the same to be hosted. While we appreciate your valid questions on the topic of the garment quality used by us, in terms of the fabric, colour, we take all precautions within industry practice to offer the best garment. We use 100% cotton for our t-shirts, 180 GSM, with short sleeves built to standard size specifications. Please refer the size chart for details. We use pre-shrunk fabric which reduces shrinkage to be less than 2%.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS (also mentioned on every individual t-shirt that we ship):

1. You cannot soak the garment for more than half an hour.
2. You cannot scrub or use brush on the print area or the garment.
3. Please dripp dry the garment and you cannot wring dry the T-Shirt.
4. You cannot use any whitening agents/stain removers//bleaching agents while washing the t-Shirts.
5. Please do not dry the garment in direct sunlight, dry the garment in shade.
6. You cannot give the garment to washer man or any other agency who will not follow the wash care instructions.
7. You cannot iron directly on the print area, preferred mode of ironing is from the reverse side of the garment.

We use the best quality 100% Polyester Dry Fit for all the above three category T shirts. We use 100% polyester material for track pants. For shorts we use 100% Polyester with a lining for best use either for gym, leisure and or club uniforms. These can be individualized for your design.

as these activities undergoes stress at the fabric and stitches, we offer 100% Polyester garments in sweat free feel for t shirts and 100% polyester for pants. For shorts we offer 100% Polyester with lining in the following sizes:

Medium
Large
XLarge.
These products are all in line with the latest sports design and fashion trends. We have exhibited the various color and design options on our website. For your club we can even design the uniform.

iii) Mug
Hot Tea and or Coffee in your specially designed, porcelain mug is a great way to begin your day at work or take that much needed break at work. Flaunt your attitude.

iv) Magic Mug:
The design appears like magic on the magic mug, just add your hot beverage to it. When cold the mug looks like any dark color mug till you have poured in the hot beverage.

v) Mouse pad
Be it at work or home use your own specially designed mouse pad with high quality print. Our mouse pads are rectangular with rounded edges and anti slip backside. Mouse pad dimensions are 6.5’ x 3.9'.

vi) Coaster
These unique designed products will enhance your home décor and stand alone as your creative ability is exhibited to your guests. These are available in 3.5’ x 3.5’ squares with rounded edges in sets of 3.
vii) Poster
You can be on your own poster and or create your own cool poster. We offer A3 size posters in glossy paper to adorn your private living area and add that extra shine to your walls.

viii) Greeting Cards
Print your own design and or photograph on the greeting card and create that special message to celebrate the occasion.

ix) Ceramic Plate
our ceramic plates come with a smart gold rim to make a perfect show piece to adorn your work place and or home. The position of the design adds to the charm, in the center of the plate.

We use high quality Digital printing technology which has been benchmarked in the international market. These are then heat fused on the product. We use eco solvent inks, while printing. We use the best international media to print upon. This print and cut design is then fused on the fabric at high temperatures. Print retains its unique sharpness and brightness from the original image. The area where the design is transferred has a slight rubbery/papery feel to it due to the print media. These designs have a long life for you to enjoy its benefits, once you follow the wash instructions.

We appreciate the time spent in transacting with us, hence we take utmost caution and care in creating your product. The product passess through our quality checks and balances, we dispatch the same to you. In doing so, due to human error, a few stray cases of some of our users may not be satisfied with the quality of our products. In such case please do contact us immediately and we will try and replace the product, read our policy on the same mentioned on our web site.
